Identify target market contacts and create for each target market a list of at least 200 decision makers by searching for the right positions on LinkedIn, Instagram, in Facebook groups etc. (wherever your prospects hang out).

Use ZoomInfo, Clearbit, ContactOut, Hunter, or something similar, to find phone numbers, email addresses and Linkedin profiles. You can also pay someone on Upwork or Fiverr to produce this for you.

Be specific with your brief, position, industry and even geography. i.e., Chief Revenue Officer, Hotels, Australia. You can include if they are worth more than 50M or have over 500 employees, etc. Create separate briefs for each target market.
